Dear Exhibitor:
On June 25 & 26, 2009 Georgia Southern University School of Nursing and the Center for Continuing Education will host the 25th Annual Advance Practice Update at the Marriott Savannah Riverfront, Savannah, GA. Approximately 100 nurse practitioners and advance practice nurses are expected to attend. Attendees at this conference usually do not overlap with other conferences in the area.
We are offering exhibitors for this 2009 program an early reduced registration fee of $400 prior to Jan 30, 2009. After this date the exhibitor fee is $500.

The exhibit fee includes:

  • Exhibit space
  • 1 covered 6 foot table with chair.
  • Opportunity to share information about your products and services to advance practice nurses and students.
  • Opportunity to sell merchandise if desired.
  • Continental breakfast and beverage break.
  • Mailing and email list of conference attendees.

Sponsorship for a minimum of $1000 is available for breakfasts and the luncheon. The exhibitor fee is waived for sponsorship of any of these two activities. In addition sponsorship signage will be clearly posted and noted in the brochure and final program.

This may be the only conference these nurse practitioners attend during the year. The 2008 attendees rated the conference one of the best and reiterated how important it is to them to have exhibitors at the conference to network with and to keep them updated on new products, formulations, and recommendations. We look forward to having you at this 25th annual conference in Savannah Dates June 25-26, 2009!

If you would like to participate, return the exhibitor registration form as soon as possible. We will include a list of sponsors and exhibitors in each participant packet, and a copy of our certified list of participants will be available to you. Please return the form as soon as possible reserving your space.

Includes signage on website, brochure and program; free exhibit space, breakfasts, breaks and keynote luncheon.
