- $290 Full Conference Fee ($320 after June 1) includes all conference sessions and materials, two continental breakfasts, lunch, and beverage breaks.
- $230 Current Georgia Southern University Preceptors ($260 after June 1) Please include date and name of one student preceptor during 2009-2010.
- $175 Student Fee (For nurse practitioners and clinical nurse specialist students-must enclose a copy of ID with registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- A $30 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations. Substitutions are suggested instead of cancellations. No refunds are given to registrants who fail to withdraw prior to June 12. Confirmations will be mailed upon request.
