• May I stay in the Huazhong Normal University (HNU) Guiyuan Hotel before or after the conference?

If the delegates want to stay in the hotel on campus for extra nights, it would be OK. Please ask them to contact Prof. Deng Meng to make reservations. I think they may pay for that after they arrive at HNU. However, they may still ask Prof. Deng and then decide which way is better. Prof. Deng Meng's email address is manghaodm@yahoo.com.cn

• May I connect to the internet during my presentation to show information that is on the web?

I've just confirmed with the relevant administrators and got to know that the representatives of the conference are able to use internet when they make presentation. But, it is my suggestion that you may also ask them to prepare for some sudden situations, such as the website cannot be opened or the speed is too slow.

• Do I need a Letter of Invitation from the College of Education at HNU to obtain my visa?
