• Registration Fee $850 (USD) per person
NOTE: All speakers must pay the $850 registration fee. The guest fee does not include admittance to the conference sessions, only the conference meal functions.
Your registration fee includes:

• Conference Sessions (see Program Link for details as they become available)
• Conference Materials
• Translator services during conference sessions
• Accommodations for five nights
at the Huazhong Normal Guiyuan University Hotel (May 15 – 19, 2008)
• Ground transportation from the Wuhan TianHe Airport
(specific schedule of times of shuttle departure to be announced shortly)
• A campus and city tour on May 16.
• Meals are provided beginning with the evening meal on May 15
and ending with the evening meal on May 19.
• A local school visit on May 19 (includes transportation)
• Costs for your round trip transportation to Wuhan and your visa application are not included in the registration fee.
• Guest Registration Fee $400 (USD) per person
To qualify as a guest, you must be sharing a room with a person paying the full price.
Your guest registration fee includes:

• Accommodations for five nights at the Huazhong Normal Guiyuan University Hotel

• Ground transportation from the Wuhan TianHe Airport

REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds after April 11, 2008. All refund requests before April 11, 2008 are subject to a $100 processing fee.
