- Recipient must work primarily in Georgia and must be a member of GAEA.
- Recipient must be a professional in the field of Adult/Continuing Education
- Recognizes significant professional performance that covers a broad scope and has a direct impact on Adult/Continuing Education.
- Judges on the basis of job performance and involvement with professional organizations.
- Nominations must specify number of years in Adult/Continuing Education.
- Recipient must have worked less than five years in the field of Adult/Continuing Education.
- Recipient must have worked five years or more in the field of Adult/Continuing Education.
Qualifications of Nominee:
- Recipient is required to be a member of GAEA.
- Recognizes dedicated and noteworthy service to the work of GAEA. Nomination should specify tasks performed, scope of involvement, impact of service.
Qualifications of Nominee:
- Recipient must work primarily in Georgia (not required to be a member of GAEA)
- Recognizes one specific outstanding service or professional contribution which has advanced Adult/Continuing Education.
- Judged on the basis of impact of this specific service to varied aspects of Adult/Continuing Education (program development, program delivery, audience impact, instructional content, residual impact, evaluation).
Qualifications of Nominee:
- Recipient must work primarily in Georgia and must be a member of GAEA.
- Recipient must have at least ten years of professional experience in the field of Adult/Continuing Education.
- This is the most prestigious GAEA recognition for professional accomplishment.
- Recognizes extraordinary contributions on a long-term basis that have an extensive impact on Adult/Continuing Education.
Qualifications of Nominee:
- Recipient must be a support staff person who is a member of GAEA and who has worked in Adult/Continuing Education for at least three years. Nomination information must specify the number of years in the field.
- Person making the nomination must be a member of GAEA.
- Recognizes outstanding service in the field of Adult/Continuing Education.
