Under the leadership of our experienced classroom instructor, your
active participation in the SHRM Essentials of Human Resource Management
workshop will include PowerPoint-focused lecture and discussion,
and role plays for each module topic.
Each learning module presents a practical run-through of the following core HR responsibilities:

Understand training needs, how to meet them and how to evaluate training effectiveness - #6 - Performance Management
Examine a performance log and run a performance appraisal of the logged employee
The workshop includes a self-paced participant's reference book, a classroom activities book (including copies of the PowerPoint slides discussed in the workshop), a 50-question final exam, and more.
At the conclusion of the SHRM Essentials of HR Management workshop, you will be able to:
