Due to limited space, registrations must be received 72 hours prior to each class.

By Fax Complete form, copy as needed and FAX with your credit card number to 912.478.0847.

PAYMENT METHODS We accept MasterCard, VISA, checks, money orders or cash (in person only). Make checks payable to: Georgia Southern University.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS For special assistance, please request accommodation needs at least 14 working days in advance of the program.

REFUND POLICY Should you decide to withdraw from the class, your request for a deposit refund must be made in writing via fax to 912.478.0847 by 72 hours prior to the class. A $10 administrative fee will be retained. NO REFUNDS will be issued after the start of the class.
