Conference participants will be awarded 6 hours of credit for participation through the Continuing Education Center, Georgia Southern University.

Applications will be submitted to the Georgia Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and the Georgia State Board of Nursing Home Administrators (GSBNHA).

Georgia Southern University, Continuing Education Center, is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Georgia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation for 6 GNA hours.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE

Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the workshop for a refund. A $10 processing fee will be applied to all refunds. Unpaid registrants who neither attend nor cancel will be billed for the workshop. Substitutions are encouraged.
