Program Description
Designed for current and future child care directors, this training
will explore topics such as understanding and working with others, conflict
management and resolution, coaching and mentoring for improved performance,
and performance appraisal techniques. Specifically participants will be
given tips on conveying verbal messages, improving listening skills, and
how to give feedback, as well as given tools for negotiation, problem solving,
and documentation of disciplinary actions.
