The Hyatt Regency Savannah on the historic riverfront will serve as our host hotel and meeting site. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants until August 1, 2013. Reservation requests received beginning August 2, 2013 will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.
NOTE: First night room and tax will be charged at time of reservation. This is fully refundable if reservation is canceled more than 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are charged one night's room and tax."
There is a daily parking fee for conference attendees and registered guests. Please inquire directly with the Hyatt Hotel as fees are subject to change.
Reservations can be made through Hyatt's central reservation system by calling 1.888.421.1442 or by calling the hotel reservation department directly at 912.238.1234. The group rate will apply for 1 day prior and after the conference for those who want to extend their visit to Savannah. This offer is also based on availability. Be sure to mention the Georgia International Conference on Information Literacy when making your reservations.
