$100 - Early Registration Fee
$125 - Registration Fee (beginning September 4, 2008)
Your registration fee includes conference sessions and materials, two continental
breakfasts and a luncheon on Friday. A box lunch is available for Saturday
for an additional $10.00

Registration Methods
• Register Online HERE
• By Phone: Call 912.478.5551 and use a visa or mastercard. Speed
up this process by completing the Registration Form (see below) and faxing
it in first (912-478-0847) and then calling in your credit card information.
• By Fax: Complete the Registration Form, copy as needed and return with your credit card number to 912.478.0847.
• In Person: Come to the Registration area in the Nessmith-Lane Continuing Education Building. For Directions and Maps please access the website at http://ceps.georgiasouthern.edu/nessmith-lanedirections.html.
PAYMENT
We accept MasterCard, VISA, checks, money orders or cash (in person only).
Make checks payable to: Georgia Southern University. Confirmations will be
e-mailed.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds due to withdrawals take 2-4 weeks. If payment is made by credit
card, your account will be credited. If you cannot attend, please send
a friend or colleague in your place. Be sure to notify registration of
any substitutions at 912.478.5551.
A $10 processing fee is charged for all withdrawals received four weeks or more
prior to the beginning of a program.
A $20 processing fee is charged for all withdrawals received less than two weeks
prior to the beginning of a program.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
For special assistance, please request accommodation needs 14 working days
in advance of the program.
