$ 140 Registration Fee (until 7/31/2013)
$ 80 Graduate Student Registration Fee with proof of student ID (Submit by FAX ONLY)
$ 20 Optional Box Lunch Fee (Saturday, pre-order required)
$ 30 Additional Luncheon Fee for bringing a Guest - Keynote Presentation (Friday)
Your registration fee includes conference sessions and materials, two continental breakfasts and a luncheon on Friday. A box lunch is available for Saturday for an additional $20.

PAYMENT
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, checks, money orders or cash (in person
only).
Make checks payable to: Georgia Southern University. Confirmations will
be e-mailed.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds due to withdrawals take 2-4 weeks. If payment is made by credit
card, your account will be credited. If you cannot attend, please
send a friend or colleague in your place. Be sure to notify registration
of any substitutions at 912.478.5551.
A $10 processing fee is charged for all withdrawals received four weeks
or more prior to the beginning of a program.
A $20 processing fee is charged for all withdrawals received less than
two weeks prior to the beginning of a program.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
For special assistance, please request accommodation needs 14 working
days in advance of the program.
