Melissa AzallionMelissa Azallion practices law in the Hilton Head firm of Nexsen Pruet. She works in both the firm's employment and labor group and in the immigration group. Ms. Azallion represents individuals and corporate clients in higher education, manufacturing, health care, hospitality, government, and technology.
She serves on the board of directors for the Latin American Council of South Carolina, is vice chair of the Lowcountry Workforce Investment Board, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
Jennifer DickinsonJennifer Dickinson is an Associate in the Hunter MaClean Savannah office, practicing in the areas of Employment and Benefits and has experience with both employment and real property litigation. Ms. Dickinson counsels employers on a variety of employment law compliance issues and has defended employers in a variety of settings, including administrative proceedings, mediations and individual suits arising under various federal and state laws, including Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Wade HerringWade Herring is a partner in the Savannah office of Hunter MaClean. Mr. Herring's practice focuses on all aspects of employment problems and issues, including internal employment practices, wage-hour issues, drug testing, sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and employee benefits.
He is past president of the Savannah Bar Association, president of Savannah Rotary East, and a member of both the Savannah Country Day School Board of Trustees and the Hospice Savannah Personnel Committee.
Shawn KachmarShawn Kachmar is the hiring partner for Hunter MaClean. He counsels employers on a range of employment law compliance issues and has defended employers in mediations, individual suits, and class/collective actions about the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Mr. Kachmar chairs the Department of Labor Employers' Committee in Savannah, serves on the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement's Board of Directors, and is a member of the Leadership Savannah Class of 2006.
Sarah Lamar is a partner in Hunter Maclean's Savannah office and practices in the area of employment law. Ms. Lamar has represented employers in employment litigation in state and federal courts about the Age Discrimination Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Savannah Area Tourism Leadership Council, Georgia Legal Services, and the Savannah Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
