The Off-Campus Centers meet the lifelong learning needs of the region. The Centers provides a variety of programs designed to improve skills of the region's workforce to enhance societal and cultural understanding, to facilitate healthy lifestyles and constructive use of leisure time, and to address the personal development and enrichment needs of the region.

Located in Savannah's Historic District, the Coastal Georgia Center was established to provide Savannah and surrounding communities the premier, technologically advanced meeting facility for business professionals and students located in Southeast Georgia; to promote life-long educational and economic development opportunities through continuing education, professional development and graduate courses.

The University System of Georgia Dublin Center, located in Dublin, Georgia,
houses Georgia Southern University's Dublin office and is under the
direction of the Dean of the Division of Continuing Education and
Public Service. Georgia Southern programs at the Dublin Center are
offered by standard program delivery, distance learning, internet,
and web CT. Under the coordination of Georgia Southern's Dublin Center
office Director, Ms. Velinda Stanley, the Center offers a complement
of student services for the Dublin student. Georgia Southern offers
junior and senior level courses leading to bachelors degrees in Early
Childhood Education, Middle Grades Education, Business Administration-General,
Management, Criminal Justice, and Nursing. Graduate programs are offered
in the Master of Business Administration; Educational Leadership,
School Psychology, and Special Education including the Ed.S; Middle
Grades; and Public Administration. Sharing the Dublin Center and responsible
for the physical management of the Center, Middle Georgia College
offers freshman and sophomore level courses leading to two year associate
degrees in more than 50 areas of study.
Resident graduate credit is offered in the off-campus center in Dublin. Off-campus admission and degree requirements are identical to those of the on-campus programs.
