COURSE DESCRIPTION
  • A broad yet complete overview of Project Management using the nine knowledge based areas needed in managing a project: scope, integration, communication, time, cost, procurement, risk management, quality control, and human resources. The training includes hands-on practical exercises using tools to complete an in-class group project. Participants receive a manual, electronic forms, and other resource materials. Advanced Project Management

A 24-hour course for professionals wishing to advance their training with the internationally accepted standard in Project Management from The Project Management Institute.
