- $50 if payment is received on or before Monday, January 18, 2010
- $55 if payment is received after January 18, and before January 29, 2010
- $60 at the door registration or if payment not received by 5 pm on January 29, 2010
- The early bird fee for the conference is $50 per person if payment is received by Monday, January 18, 2010. Beginning January 19 the fee is $55 per person until January 29. If payment is not received by 5 pm, January 29 or if registering at the door, the fee is $60.
- The fee includes conference sessions and materials, refreshments, a box lunch, certificate, and an opportunity to win door prizes. Cancellation requests should be received by 5pm, Friday, January 22, 2010. A $10 processing fee will be charged to process all cancellations. Substitutions are encouraged. Absolutely no refunds will be made after the conference.
