The early bird fee for the conference is $TBA per person if payment is received by TBA 2009. TBA 2009 and after the fee is $TBA per person until TBA 2009. If payment is not received by January 25th or if registering at the door, the fee is $TBA. The fee includes conference sessions and materials, refreshments, a box lunch, certificate, and an opportunity to win door prizes. Cancellation requests should be received by TBA. A $10 processing fee will be charged to process all cancellations. Substitutions are encouraged. Absolutely no refunds will be made after the conference.
