Registration
Colleges and universities receive one free registration for a faculty member for each group of 10 paid student registrations.
$95 EARLY REGISTRATION FEE
(The registration fee covers a reception and banquet on Friday, breakfast and
lunch on Saturday, all conference sessions and materials)
$125 REGISTRATION FEE beginning February 8, 2010

FACULTY ATTENDING FREE
Please contact Registration at 912-478-5551 to identify
the faculty member(s) who will be receiving the free registration(s). In the
event that registrations for your student group drop below 10 due to cancellations,
the registration fee for that faculty member would then need to be paid.
ADVANCED PAYMENT
Your registration form can be processed at the $95 early-bird rate as soon
as full payment (personal or institutional check or credit card) is received.
The $95 rate expires at 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, February 8, 2010.
LATE FEE
Registrations received February 9, 2010 or later will be charged at the $125
registration rate.
WAITING LIST
Registrations will be accepted on a first-paid, first-registered basis. Those
who request registration after the conference is full will be placed on a
waiting list.
GROUP PAYMENT
Purchase orders must be signed by AUTHORIZED OFFICIALS of universities/colleges.
Payment by check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) must be received by
the deadlines listed above.
GROUP REGISTRATION
Universities/colleges registering as groups MUST provide the name, complete
mailing address, e-mail and telephone number(s) for each group member when
they pre-register.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitution requests must be made in writing to Sport Management Conference
REGISTRATIONS, faxed to (912) 478-0847 and received prior to February 15,
2010. Please include the name of the person being replaced and complete registration
information on the new registrant. After February 15, 2010, substitutions
may be made ONLY at the conference; groups are responsible for securing complete
payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please notify Georgia Southern University if you are canceling your registration.
Refund requests must be made in writing to Sport Management Conference REGISTRATIONS,
faxed to (912) 478-0847.
A refund of ($50) is available until 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, February 8,
2010. A
refund of ($25) is available until 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, February 15,
2010. Cancellations
received after February 15,
2010 will not receive a refund.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS
For special assistance, please request accommodation needs at least 14 working
days in advance of the program.
