Cost: $600 individual; $550 corporate rate for four or more from same firm; $625 late registration fee after 5:00 PM, Friday, 2/5/2010

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the course for
a refund. A $30 processing fee will be applied to all refunds.
Unpaid registrants who neither attend nor cancel will be billed for the workshop.
Substitutions are permitted. There will be no refunds after the training begins.
