NOTE: Please register no later than noon, the Friday before the seminar.
Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior
to the workshop for a refund. A $10 processing fee will be applied to all
refunds. Unpaid registrants who neither attend nor cancel will be billed
for the workshop. Substitutions are encouraged.
