This annual conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on the Historic Riverfront in Savannah, GA from FEBRUARY 28 -MARCH 3, 2010. Over 1200 persons interested in youth, including but not limited to, educators of all levels, health and human service counselors and personnel, criminal justice professionals, and business and community leaders are expected to attend. A limited number of exhibit spaces will be available for display of materials that are of interest to our participants.
- $275 – One six-foot skirted table and one chair
- $100 – Each Additional Table
- $50 per table – Access to power
Location: Exhibit space will be located on the Second Floor Balcony of the Hyatt Regency. Your table will be available from 10 am on Sunday, February 28 through 12:30 PM on Wednesday, March 3, 2010.
Non-Profit Organization Tabletop Display Rates- $200 -- One six-foot skirted table and one chair
Location: Non-Profit Organization Tabletop Displays will be located in the Lobby of the Hyatt Regency. Your table will be available from 10 am on Sunday, February 28 through 12:30 PM on Wednesday, March 3.
NOTE: There will be no access to power in the Lobby. Additional tables will not be available. Absolutely no additional tables or racks may be set up next to your table. This area is designated for tabletop, informational displays only and reserved for non-profit organizations. No merchandise may be sold in the Lobby.
Exhibit space is not reserved until your payment is processed. Your reservation must be received prior to the conference. All exhibitors must complete the Exhibitor Reservation Form and disclose full details regarding the items to be displayed/sold. Exhibitors who withdraw prior to February 18, 2010 will be assessed a 10% processing fee for their refunds. There are no refunds for exhibit space beginning February 19, 2010.
Take One Table
If you are looking for an extremely economical and effective way to
attract the attention of our attendees,take-one exhibiting is the opportunity
for you. The take-one tables are strategically located in the registration
area, enticing our attendees to take a closer look. Our attendees can
consult your materials between workshops, and then take them to share
with their colleagues. Ship 800 copies of each item to arrive no later
than February 18, 2010 to:

Advertising in the Final Conference Program

We are now offering advertising space in the Final Conference Program.
Advertising in the final program is a wise way to spend your marketing
dollars. The final program offers excellent exposure, as it is the
only resource attendees receive containing the complete itinerary of
all workshops, meal functions, and other events. The final program
requires attentive examination by all recipients in order to determine
workshop selections. Each time the program is reviewed, your ad is
seen. The deadline for advertising
in the Final Conference Program is January 22, 2010.
For on-site exhibitors wishing to ship materials to the Hyatt Regency in advance, please use this address: Boxes that do not contain this complete information will be rejected and returned to their point of origin.

The exhibit space at the Hyatt Regency Savannah is on the second floor balcony or in the lobby (for non profit organizations). Exhibits are not in a separate room and exhibitors are strongly encouraged to remove valuables from the exhibit area when a representative is not present.
On this part of their website is a very clear picture of the lobby. At
the bottom of the photo of the Hyatt you will see the word, "PHOTO." Click
on that and look at picture number three. The second floor balcony is
clearly visible in this picture.

We are prepared for exhibitors to bring tabletop displays. Each skirted table
you reserve is 6 X 3. If you are bringing something other than a tabletop, please
contact Janice Reynolds 912.478.1755. There may be additional charges for displays
that are wider than six feet.
Set-up / Tear Down
Sunday, February 28
The conference staff from Georgia Southern University may not
arrive until 10 AM. Signs assigning placement in the exhibit area
will not be placed until they arrive. The Hyatt may not have the
tables placed in that area until 10 AM. We appreciate your patience
on this first, very hectic day.

Tear Down Times
The conference ends at 12:30 PM, on Wednesday. The Hyatt will begin
reclaiming their tables at that time. Please have your table(s) cleared
by that time.
