This annual conference will be held at the Hyatt
Regency Hotel on the Historic
Riverfront in Savannah, GA from March 2-5, 2008. Over 1200 persons
interested in youth, including but not limited to, educators of
all levels, health and human service counselors and personnel,
criminal justice professionals, and business and community leaders
are expected to attend. A limited number of exhibit spaces will
be available for display of materials that are of interest to our participants.
If you are interested in sending a representative to this conference,
please complete the request for exhibit space, with payment.
In
return for the exhibit fee we will provide:
• Exhibit space, one covered 6' table and chair (more tables
can be purchased).

If you are looking for an extremely economical and effective way
to attract the attention of our attendees,take-one exhibiting is
the opportunity for you. The take-one tables are strategically located
in the registration area, enticing our attendees to take a closer
look. Our attendees can consult your materials between workshops,
and then take them to share with their colleagues. Please complete
and return the take-one resource table request, with payment.
We are now offering advertising space in the Final Conference Program.
Advertising in the final program is a wise way to spend your
marketing dollars. The final program offers excellent exposure, as
it is the only resource attendees receive containing the complete itinerary
of all workshops, meal functions, and other events. The final
program requires attentive examination by all recipients in order to

Please arrange for your boxes to arrive after February 24, 2008 (one week prior to the conference).
The receiving and storage charge is $5.00 per box - to be paid by the exhibitor.
The exhibit space at the Hyatt Regency Savannah is on the second floor balcony. Exhibits are not in a separate room and exhibitors are strongly encouraged to remove valuables from the exhibit area when a representative is not present.
On this part of their website is a very clear picture of the lobby. At the bottom of the photo of the Hyatt you will see the word, "PHOTO." Click on that and look at picture number three. The second floor balcony is clearly visible in this picture.

We are prepared for exhibitors to bring tabletop displays. Each skirted table you reserve is 6 X 3. If you are bringing something other than a tabletop, please contact Deborah Champion 912.871.1760. There may be additional charges for displays that are wider than six feet.

The conference staff from Georgia Southern University may not arrive until 10 AM. Signs assigning placement in the exhibit area will not be placed until they arrive. The Hyatt may not have the tables placed in that area until 10 AM. We appreciate your patience on this first, very hectic day.

The conference ends at 12:30 PM. The Hyatt will begin reclaiming their tables at that time.
