The Hyatt Regency Savannah on the historic riverfront will serve as our host hotel and meeting site. A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants until January 27, 2010. Reservation requests received beginning January 28, 2010 will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Our room block is for the nights of February 27, February 28, March 1, March 2 and March 3.

There is a daily parking fee for conference attendees and registered guests. Please inquire directly with the Hyatt Hotel as fees are subject to change.

Reservations can be made through Hyatt's central reservation system by calling 800.233.1234 or by calling the hotel reservation department directly at 912. 238.1234. The group rate will apply for 1 day prior and after the conference for those who want to extend their visit to Savannah. This offer is also based on availability. Whitaker Street Garage (912-525-2820) will be available on a first come first serve basis. This garage is located between Bay and Bryan Streets and is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Daily rates are $2 per hour with a maximum daily rate of $16.
