PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS on Sunday afternoon (2:30 - 5:30 PM are $50 each ($60 on-site) and are not included in the conference registration fee.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- Refund requests must be received by February 24, 2013. A $55 administrative fee will be deducted. Substitutions are suggested instead of cancellations. There will be absolutely no refunds beginning February 25, 2013.
