PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS on Sunday afternoon (2:30 - 5:30 PM are $50
each ($60 on-site) and are not included in the conference registration fee.
Since all workshops are offered simultaneously, you may select only one. See

Room reservations are separate from conference registration. See Hotel Information

Refund requests must be received by February 18, 2010. A $55 administrative fee will be deducted. Substitutions are suggested instead of cancellations. There will be absolutely no refunds beginning February 19, 2010.
