HOW TO REGISTERFull Conference Registration Includes:

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS on Sunday afternoon (2:30 - 5:30 PM are $50 each ($60 on-site) and are not included in the conference registration fee. Since all workshops are offered simultaneously, you may select only one. See Pre-conference Workshops on the navigation bar on the right.

Room reservations are separate from conference registration. See Hotel Information on the navigation bar on the right.

Registration Fees
Early Registration Fees are in effect until 5 pm, February 18, 2010. Regular Registration Fees go into effect on February 19, 2010.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be received by February 18, 2010. A $55 administrative fee will be deducted. Substitutions are suggested instead of cancellations. There will be absolutely no refunds beginning February 19, 2010.
