The Georgia Southern University Museum exists to foster and support life-long learning and engaged citizenship in southeast Georgia. The museum supports the University’s mission of teaching, research and service specifically through collections, exhibits and educational outreach.

HOURS & Admission Fees

Tuesday - Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Closed Mondays and University holidays.

Admission fee: $2 per person, children 3 and under FREE.
FREE to all Museum Members & Georgia Southern Students

FREE MUSEUM SATURDAYS: Last Saturday of each month!

OUR HOLIDAY HOURS: We'll be CLOSED 10 days--Monday, December 23, 2013 through Wednesday, January 1, 2014. Otherwise, we will be open our regular hours, as indicated above.

The Museum is located at 2142 Southern Drive in the Rosenwald Building #0104 on the campus of Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, Georgia. gift shop

The Museum Shop is open during regular visitor hours. The shop is child and youth friendly, with prices set to the nickle and tax included in the price. We also have grab bags available for school and group tours.
